An expert will arrange a viewing at a convenient time to yourself
If you want to proceed with the property an offer will need to be agreed by the landlord
Once offer has been agreed we will require a few documents from yourself in order to start the referencing process
All paperwork will need to be signed by prospective tenants
Referencing will begin. A credit check, I.D check, visa check if applicable, employment reference if applicable and previous landlord reference if applicable

Selecting the correct tenant and Referencing:

Selecting the correct tenant is extremely important, at registry stage tenants are qualified by our team experts. We have a strict referencing process all tenants have to go through to be deemed suitable, this is carried out by a Third Party and will be approved by yourself.

To complete our online reference check you will need to provide:

  • Affordability – A tenant would need to be earning annually 30 x monthly the rent, our referencing team will carry out suitable checks to confirm their affordability. Either through – employment, savings, pensions, guarantor reference or advance payment.
  • Clean record: A credit check will be carried out that will show any bad credit upon the applicant. We also require bank statements to show any discrepancies.
  • Previous landlord reference: If the tenant had a previous landlord we would confirm if the tenant had acted in the correct manner during the tenancy and was not in any arrears or had a late payment history.
  • I.D check and Right to rent check. To confirm that all tenants have the right to rent in the Uk, an original document is presented.
